Academic Quality
At Newman we are proud of the praise we have received from external bodies relating to the quality of our courses. Routine inspections from both OFSTED and the QAA (the body responsible for safeguarding standards in UK universities and higher education colleges) have highlighted significant strengths in this area, including an ‘outstanding’ grade, the highest possible, for its latest inspection.

Student Support

With its friendly atmosphere, Newman is renowned for supporting students and encouraging them to reach their full potential. The staff to student ratio is excellent, so class sizes are relatively small ensuring that you receive more individual attention.

Work Placement
As a student at Newman you will have the option to study abroad as all degrees offered include a work placement, enabling you to gain graduate level work experience, improve your CV and develop an understanding of the roles available after graduation. Many students receive funding to assist with travel and living expenses during their time abroad and use the placement to add an international dimension to their degree.
