Why choose a career in health and social care?
There are so many different career choices in health and social care - from those which require a good scientific base such as a biomedical scientist, those that require quick decision making and a high level of technical skill such as paramedic practice and critical care nursing to those that require you to work with particular client groups to enable individuals to reach their full potential such as occupational therapy and social work. The Faculty of Health and Life Sciences at Coventry University offers an extensive range of qualifications that can lead you to become a registered health and/or social care practitioner.
