I am looking to change my career and am looking in within the technology/finance industry. My question is I have no financial knowledge but I do have good experience of software, and am trying to find out the lowest barrier to entry within this area which requires least actual experience but high level of proven knowledge for the highest salary. Also what niche skill sets are/would be worth investigating. Any help appreciated.
