Subject: scene of crime officer

hello, i am 18 and studying btec diploma in forensic science. could i get a job as a scene of crime officer with this diploma? and do we have to got o teh polive for 2 yrs training?

www.candi.ac.uk/courses/factsheet.asp?coursechoice=AS2205U6 is a useful website which mentions post - BTEC National Diploma in Forensic Science skills and studies.
Not all forensic scientist positions require this police training.
